Children's Art Classes - February 28 Thru April 4
Mya's Promise is sponsoring art classes for children living with special needs over four Saturdays -- Feb 28, Mar 7, Mar 28, and Apr 4. Children will have opportunities to experience paint, clay, and many other fun media.
Adaptive Art Supplies Delivered to Area Schools
In mid-December Mya's Promise donated and delivered adaptive art supplies to pre-K and elementary schools thoughout Stillwater, Cushing, and Glencoe.
Holiday Black-Tie Non-Event - December 2014
Cocktails will not be served, and no formal dress required. Instead, enjoy this event with family and friends on any day of your choosing in December 2014. We just ask that you remember the children living with special needs.
Sensitive Santa - Sunday, December 14
Join us on Sunday, December 14, for a special Sensitive Santa celebration for our kids and their families. We will be serving cookies, milk, and cocoa as a sweet treat for participants.
Mya's Promise Awards Grant to Child Development Labs
On April 23, 2014, Mya's Promise awarded a grant for $35,000 to the OSU Child Development Laboratory. The grant will support therapy services provided at the CDL for children twelve months to kindergarten.
OSU Walkaround - October 2014
During Walkaround on Friday, October 24, Mya's Promise will set up its booth on Monroe street, just west of Theta Pond. Stop by to enjoy milk and cookies, and to learn more about our work with children living with special needs!
